那为什么会有易到呢？其实它既不是我原来的行业的一个延续，我也不是因为认识了什么汽车，或者租车，或者打车的某一个朋友。就是从一个大家熟悉的，所谓痛点问题开始入手的。
我那个时候最不愿意去上海，一下了飞机在虹桥机场排队，要排一个小时。像我这样的商务人士经常出差，对时间、对舒适都有一些更高的要求，一般的出租车，又不能满足我们的需求，但是我们又不想像传统的租车那样去包一个车来跟着一天跑，我们就想能不能有一种更商务的短租服务呢？我们并不是说去买一堆车，然后怎么样去做这样一件事情。我们只想能不能一用些更聪明的办法，把别人的车都变成我们的车？
我记得我们做了一个阿尔法版，最初级最初级的那个测试版，我们都快开发完了，我们还不知道从哪里去找车。找到那些汽车租赁公司，要不然说你们就是个骗子，要不然就说你们这事情我们听不懂。所以说我们非常非常地沮丧，连测试都测试不了。

但是，其实我们当时的认识非常地肤浅，还是把互联网当做是一个工具看待的。我们那个时候，买了一个很好的400的号码。一开始我们就觉得我们应该做成一个7×24小时的400的订车服务。因为这样一个服务形式很新颖，我们其实最开始拿到融资呢也还算是比较顺利的。但是看着那一千多万美金挺多的，其实真正花下去也是蛮快的。很快，钱就花掉了大半，而业务呢毫无起色。
这就来到了20xx年，我们经历了一次我们内部称之为遵义会议的一次会议，让我们痛下决心说我们一定要转型，成为一个真正的互联网服务。我把我们的定价改了，把我们的计费方式改了，把支付改了，把整个的用户app全部都改了。当我们的产品上线以后，可能用了一周还是两周的时间，我们就重新冲到了app store的旅游分类排行榜的第一位了。
那接下来的两年，就是20xx年 20xx年，易到其实发展的就算是比较顺利。可以说前面我们既顺利又孤独，因为之前没有像刚才主持人谈及的那些竞争对手。我们面对投资人最大的挑战是什么呢？不是说你们的竞争有多激烈，市场到底有多大，而是这个市场到底有没有。到20xx年的时候，我记得行业发布了第一次的专车行业的市场报告。那个时候，易到还是一个市场占有率80%的公司。
但是，创业好像似乎就没有一天的好日子可以过，很快就进入了20xx年。不管是对易到，还是对我这样一个创业老兵来说，最折磨和最痛苦的一年。因为我们面临着商业史上最激烈的一种竞争的态势，每个人手机里都有很多的优惠券吧？甚至你们也坐过免费的专车服务吧？其实你们所享受这一切的背后，都是我们这些专车平台在激烈竞争的血泪代价。
我们曾经其实面临着非常好的融资的形势，但是那个时候我们可能对后来的竞争没有那么充分的准备，我们就变得非常非常地困难，一年365天的话，至少有三分之一，是夜不能寐的时间。
面对竞品大肆的补贴优惠价格战，崇尚“汽车共享”理念的周航，开始尝试在产业链上下游突围：与海尔产业金融，一起成立合资公司——海易出行，又联合奇瑞成立合资公司——易奇汽车，乐视携其整个汽车生态战略入资易到用车。再次出发的周航，能否达到他所期望的梦想彼岸？
我们为什么到今天还会在坚持？最大的一个力量，就是在于我们心目中设想的那个美好的画面还没有完成。因为尽管过去的两年，专车市场经历了非常爆炸性的增长，但其实在我们来看只是经历了一个野蛮生长的阶段，到今天大家还有无数多的吐槽，绕路了，计费不准确了，叫不到车了，司机服务不好了……甚至还有事件等等。它离我们梦想的一个画面还有很大的距离，我们梦想中的因为有了我们的服务，每一次你坐上车，都不仅仅是从a点到b点，还可以在这个其中，对这个城市有更多的期待，有更多的发现。
